Today, Prince Joachim and Princess Marie joined the royal family to celebrate the 500th Anniversary of the Reformation.
Queen Margrethe, Crown Prince Frederik, Crown Princess Mary, Prince Joachim, Princess Marie and Princess Benedikte attended the commemoration at the Parliament at Christianborg Palace. Queen Margrethe made a speech celebrating Martin Luther’s 95 theses which started the Reformation. A children’s choir also performed.

In the evening, the family gathered at DR Concert Hall to attend a concert celebrating the Anniversary. The music was in tune with Luther’s universe with Bach, Wagner and Poulenc.

For the day event, Princess Marie wore her Zara black belted jacket , first worn in 2014 , with her black Chanel skirt, first worn in 2010 , and a new top.




For the concert, Princess Marie wore a new navy and black dress with a new short black cape from Rikke Gudnitz.
