King Carl-Gustaf: Dear Daisy, dear cousin. Us from Sweden, Queen Silvia and I, would like to send a greeting on your birthday. We would have like to be with you to celebrate your birthday, as we have done so many times before. But because of the circumstances, it is not possible.

King Harald: We are very sorry that we cannot be with you. That was the point, but coronavirus has meant that we must stay home. But that does not mean that we do not think of you on this day.

King Willem-Alexander: Queen Maxima and I would have loved to have joined you for the celebrations of your 80th birthday. Unfortunately, circumstances have dictated otherwise.

King Felipe: Hello Aunt Daisy. We’re joining in for this surprise I understand. Since we can’t be there with all of you to celebrate your 80th.

Grand Duke Henri: In this time of a pandemic that is forcing us to stay home, we think of you on this special of your birthday.

Crown Princess Victoria: Your Majesty, Dear Aunt Daisy. We would like to congratulate you on your big day, and we hope the spring birds sing especially for you today.

Crown Prince Haakon: Dear Aunt Daisy. Happy Birthday! We were looking forward to celebrating you in Denmark, but unfortunately it is not possible now, so we send you greetings instead.

Prince Carl-Philip: Your Majesty, dear Aunt Daisy, dear godmother. Big Happy Birthday. I hope you have a wonderful birthday.

Queen Sonja: But of course we want to pay tribute to you and we think of you. I think of you when I look outside – because it snows here at Kongsseteren. It is a bit unusual for April, but it is for you. I want to thank you for all the good advice you have given me over time. Of course, I would also like to thank you for, of course, the fond memories we have shared.

King Philippe: We wish you a very happy birthday!

King Willem-Alexander: Denmark is going through a very difficult time just like the Netherlands and the rest of the world. We can all relate to the serious situation we find ourselves in. But as long as we support each other, we will find the strength to pull through.

King Felipe: We’re in this pandemic all across the world and especially in Europe. So we’re saddened by all that but we have to keep these times to be able to celebrate and remain happy within the family.

Crown Princess Victoria: A fourfold Swedish cheer! Hurrah, Hurrah, Hurrah, Hurrah!

Crown Princess Mette-Marit: Now we send you a small greeting, wish you a wonderful birthday and hope you are well celebrated by your lovely family.

Crown Prince Haakon: Happy Birthday! Bye!

Queen Letizia: I am sure we will have the opportunity to share the celebration very soon. Please send all our love from us to you and to all your family.
