Today, Princess Marie started her trip to Cambodia as Patron of DanChurchAid. Read more below.

Princess Marie landed in Cambodia on Sunday morning and her first stop of the visit was the Killing Fields outside Phnom Penh, where she laid a wreath in honor of the victims of the Khmer Rouge genocide.

During her visit, she met Danish students who are part of a “world citizen class” which has gained access to local youth organizations in Cambodia through DanChurchAid. She said she hopes they have “an inspiring and educational stay.

Princess Marie then visited the royal palace in Phnom Penh.
Princess Marie will post a digital diary each day of her visit to Cambodia on the Court’s social media account.
Princess Marie wore a new Zara white and blue printed dress for this first day in Cambodia.

She paired the dress with her TOD’s wedges and new earrings.

She also wore her Rolex watch, her Christien Hvelplund necklace, and Céline sunglasses.
